Opportunity to learn, take a closer look, and practice the beginning of Sun 73.  This is a competition form that is the inspiration of Tai Chi for Arthritis(TCA).  If you have enjoyed playing with TCA and the Part 2 from Tai Chi for Health Institute(tchi), then you are in great shape for learning those very moves, but in a different order, with a few more sprinkled in(wink, wink).

Opportunity to learn, take a closer look, and practice the Combination 42 forms.  Why is it called Combination?  It is a competition form that has all 4 traditional styles (Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun) with the highest concentration in Yang.  I discovered a modern song that makes this even more fun to play with (and helps with the memory of the sequence).
